Estimated Delivery Times

As a small business we appreciate your patience, and we work hard to pack and ship your orders within the quickest timeframe possible.

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. 

Standard Shipping: 7-15 days 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly. 

Please note: Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any delays or parcels lost in transit. 
Once an item is dispatched, we are relinquished of all responsibility, and this is transferred onto our couriers. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you are unable to locate this confirmation email, please check your junk and promotions mail before contacting us. 

If you haven’t received your order within the corresponding shipping times, please contact us at      [email protected] /WhatsApp:+86 13824807498    with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Customs Charges

You may be required to pay sales tax and/or duty/custom charges depending on your location.
The customer is liable to assume the cost of any taxes, import duties or any other fees and charges which may be levied. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns/Cancellations

All orders are final as they are immediately processed in our system. 
Please ensure your order and details are correct before finalising it. 

we does not accept any returns or refunds. 
If you have a change of mind or have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange for you!
We inspect all pieces very carefully before sending out your order. 
If in the small chance you do receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] /WhatsApp:+86 13824807498  and we will organise an exchange for you. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for any reason including change of mind or wrong sizing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 
For all exchanges, the customer is liable for all shipping costs. 
We do not offer exchanges for items that have been used/worn.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging. 
The value of exchanged products must be equal to or higher value than original order. If less, you will receive a store credit for the remaining balance. 
Disclaimer: Earrings are not eligible for exchange due to health and hygiene regulations. 

Unclaimed/Returned Parcels

If a parcel has been taken to a local post office for collection and it is not claimed within the allocated timeframe, this will result in the parcel being returned to sender.
If this occurs, the customer is liable for the cost to reship. Refunds will not be given.
